Delivery
Our cut off time is 9:00 Am Manila Time (0700 GMT) for same day delivery in Metro Manila areas only. For Provincial areas our cut off time is 10:00 Am Manila Time (0700 GMT) and it will be delivered on the following day with out specific time. Orders received beyond cut off time for Metro Manila areas will be delivered on the following day and for Provincial areas after two days. We accept and process orders daily from Monday to Sunday.For Metro Manila areas there is additional $6.00 for shipping cost and $8.00 for Luzon Areas and $10.00 for Visayas/Mindanao areas.
Time of Delivery
Our delivery schedule starts at 10:00 AM up to 7:00 PM only. For customers who are requesting for a specific time of delivery we advise to place your orders at least 3-4 days before date of delivery and e-mail us at customerservice@manilablossoms.com and write your Order ID as the Subject then tell us what time you want your order to deliver (Eg. Before Lunch or , however, we CANNOT GUARANTEE an EXACT time of delivery. During special occasions like Christmas,Valentines,Mother's Day, etc. we do not promise specific time of delivery but for those who placed their order a week advance will be prioritized and delivered before 12 Noon.
Funeral Delivery
YES WE CAN!! Funeral orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call or email to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. We can deliver funeral flowers within Metro Manila and near town provinces like Cavite,Laguna,Batangas and Bulacan(only in town proper) but not other Provincial areas. For provincial areas you can choose from those standard flower arrangement but not from funeral or sympathy category. For Funeral/Sympathy Delivery there will be no FREE HEART PILLOW included.
Availability of the Product
Normally all our products are available in stock in case the item is curently unavailable at the time of purchase our customer service personnel will contact the customer to inform him through phone and if we are not avaible to talk with the customer we will be sending an e-mail notice and we will be waiting for the reply before we process the order but if it is already date of delivery we will try to contact the customer and if we were not able to talk we will contact the recipient to decide for the replacement of the item.
There are items that can be delivered in Metro Manila areas only but if the customer mistakenly purchase those items we will send a tracking message through e-mail and we will be waiting for the reply before we process the order.
Your Recipient
We will try to contact the recipient one day before the delivery schedule to make sure that the recipient is available upon the delivery of the order if we are not able to talk with the recipient we will e-mail the customer and we will be waiting for the reply before we process the order. For customer who is requesting to be anonymous kindly e-mail us at customerservice@manilablossoms.com and write your Order ID as the subject and write your request. If you wish not to call your recipient you can send a request through email also but you have to make sure that your recipient will be available to receive the gifts but if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, the delivery person may leave the order at the door if it is safe and weather permits, or leave the delivery with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door referring them to the neighbor who accepted for them, or leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call Phgifts.com to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. There will be a re-delivery charge of $10 that the customer must settle first before we re-deliver the order.
Incorrect Address
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10.00 address correction fee and re-delivery of the order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Request to leave item at Door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave flowers. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Door to Door or For Pick Up Service
Some areas in Provinces are not possible for Door to Door Service so sender will be informed first through phone or e-mail before we process and ship the item. Once the item was shipped we will contact the recipient and inform regarding the details where to pick up the item.Areas not possible for door to door delivery are not excluded for the shipping cost of $8.00 for Luzon Areas and $10.00 for Visayas/Mindanao areas.
Items with Lead Time
Some items have a lead time make sure that you have place your order in advance and there will be no conflict on the date of delivery and the availability of the items. For those who order these type of items and want to deliver on a specific date even the item will not be available yet we will send you an email to inform what we can do or how soon we can deliver your order. |
