General Delivery Policies
1.Items that are for Metro Manila Areas Only:
Tulips|Sunflowers|Cakes|Balloons|Food|Appliances|Electronics
2. For Provincial Delivery flowers or roses in basket,bouquet and vase will be put in a box. Basket will be substituted with vase and will be wrapped separately.order before 7AM(PH)
3. Same Day Delivery for Metro Manila Areas if order is placed before 9AM(PH).
4. Next Day Delivery for Provincial Areas if order is placed before 10 AM(PH).
5. We can deliver on a specific time if you place your order one week before date of delivery and you have to send us an email regarding your time request at least five days before date of delivery for Metro Manila Areas only.
6. If it is Christmas/Valentine's/Mother's Day/Father's Day we can not commit on any time request but we promise to deliver it within the day.
7. Changes in delivery address,message on card or other request must be e-mailed to customerservice@manilablossoms.com four days before date of delivery.
8. Incomplete or incorrect address or incorrect contact number of recipient might cause delays on the delivery of orders and $10 charge for re-delivery.
9. We advice to email us at customerservice@manilablossoms.com the complete address first for Provincial Delivery before you place an order so we can check if Door to Door Delivery Service is available.
10. Check the description of the item because some items has a lead time that we will strictly follow. For Funeral/Sympathy Delivery there will be no FREE HEART PILLOW included.
